In Fracttal One, user profiles are designed to offer different levels of access and control within the platform. While both the Superadministrator and the Administrator have extensive access, there are key differences in their permissions and capabilities that are important to understand.
Below are the main differences between these two profiles:
1. SUPERADMINISTRATOR PROFILE
The Superadministrator user has the highest level of access in Fracttal One. This profile has full control over all account settings, users, and functionalities. Its main capabilities include:
- Unrestricted access to all system configurations.
- Ability to modify permissions for any user, user groups, and general access settings.
- Create, edit, and delete Administrator users.
- Exclusive ability to transfer account ownership to another Superadministrator.
- View API credentials for system integration.
- Cannot be deleted (there must always be at least one Superadministrator).
Note: There can only be one active Superadministrator in an account at a time.
2. ADMINISTRATOR PROFILE
The Administrator profile also has access to most of the platform's functionalities, but with some limitations compared to the Superadministrator. Its main characteristics include:
- Limited access to critical account settings, such as changing the Superadministrator.
- Can manage users, but cannot modify or delete the Superadministrator.
- No permission to view API credentials.
- Can be deleted if necessary.
Note: Multiple Administrator profiles can exist within the same account.
