In Fracttal One, there is a differentiation of user types as follows:
Users with transactional profiles: these are users who have an administrator, customized, or technician profile. Each time a new user with a transactional profile is created, it is deducted from the number of contracted users.
Users with non-transactional profiles: these are users who have a read-only or requests profile. The number of users created associated with these profiles is unlimited.
Users with limited technician profile: these are users who have a profile created especially for companies that have a large number of technicians responsible for executing work orders assigned to them and who wish to contract these profiles generally by quantity. This is a type of user that is contracted additionally.
This classification allows adapting functionalities and permissions according to the role and responsibilities of each user within the organization.
- Administrator - Full access without restrictions.
- Customized - A set of permissions can be configured for them to perform any type of action.
