Fracttal One can request confirmation before sending a Work Order with associated resources for review, so you can verify the actual quantity used recorded for each resource. The confirmation is enabled from the Work Orders module settings and applies company-wide.
Note: The actual quantity used exists in the three types of resources in a Work Order: inventory, human resource, and service.
Where to Enable the Confirmation
Go to Settings > Modules.
Under Type, select Work Orders.
- Enable the option Confirm actual quantity used of resources when sending for review.
Save the changes.
How It Works Depending on the Option Status
- When the option is disabled, sending the Work Order for review does not present any additional confirmation.
- When the option is enabled and the Work Order has associated resources, selecting Send for Review opens the Confirm actual quantity used of resources window before completing the submission.
