Chart Structure
The chart shows two different areas representing the following data:
- Created Work Orders: These are work orders that are in process, under verification, or already completed during the selected period.
- Completed Work Orders: These are work orders that were completed within the selected period.
The analysis is based on the time interval chosen in the filter, using the scheduled date to define the date range.
To better understand the chart data, it is important to use the filters properly, which allows for clearer interpretation of the displayed information.
Created Work Orders:
- Work Order Status: Includes work orders with the statuses In Process, Under Review, and Completed.
- Scheduled Date: The same period selected in the chart is considered for viewing.
- Work Order Creation Date: The creation of the work order must also have occurred within the selected period.
For example, if the chart shows that 101 work orders were created during the selected period, it means that service orders with the statuses In Process, Verification, or Completed were created during that same period.
41 + 12 + 48 = 101 Created Work Orders
Completed Work Orders:
- Work Order Status Only work orders with the status Completed are considered.
- Scheduled Date: Refers to the same period selected for the chart analysis.
- Work Order Completion Date: Completion must have occurred within the selected period.
In the example shown, the chart indicates that 44 work orders were completed, representing the total number of orders completed during the selected period.
