Failure analysis allows you to identify and classify the main incidents affecting asset management. Using a Pareto chart, this feature presents failures in both numerical and percentage formats, making it easier to prioritize corrective and preventive actions efficiently.
Accessing Failure Analysis
To view this information, follow the steps below:
- From the main menu, go to Business Intelligence.
- Select the Technical Analysis option.
- Within this module, scroll down to find the Failure Analysis section.
The Pareto chart will be highlighted, showing the most frequent types of failures and their representation within the system.
Exploring Analysis Details
For more information about the recorded failures, click on the "See More" option. In this section, there are two visualizations available:
- Chart: Displays an expanded diagram, detailing the number of failures by type and their percentage of occurrence.
- Details: Presents specific information about each failure, including Work Order (WO), Asset, Cause of Failure, among other relevant data.
All these charts can be analyzed in detail by clicking the "Details" icon, available in the full list view. The system will display a table with a detailed description of the data shown in the charts, allowing for a deeper analysis of the incidents.
The information in this module can be exported through the additional options menu that accompanies each chart and table.
