In this submodule, an option is presented that allows the user to access a historical record of various activities related to a particular asset. These activities include location movements, assigned tasks, resources used, equipment availability, and historical readings.
How to access the asset histories option?

Log in and click on the main menu in the top left corner.

Select the "Catalogs" option.

Then, choose "Asset" from the dropdown menu.

Select the type of asset of interest.

to locate the specific asset, you can use the filtering option of the super search engine.

Once inside the desired asset, click on the "Historical" option located in the left panel.
Options available in the histories:

Location: Here, the history of all locations associated with the asset is displayed, including:

Movement Date: Date when the location was assigned.

Source: Initial location of the asset before the movement.

Destination: Place where the asset was located.

Personnel: Responsible for the movement.

Work Management: This section details the history of all tasks assigned to the asset, including:
- Work order: Identification number of the intervention.
- Status: Current status of the work order.
- Type of task: Category of the intervention.
- Description: Brief explanation of the task.
- Scheduled date: Planned date for the task.
- Completion date: Date on which the task was performed.
- Ranking 1: Keywords associated with the task.
- Calculated Date: The calculated date should be considered as follows:
For “fixed date” type events, it generally corresponds to the initial scheduling date that has been established in the task list.
For “NOT fixed date” events, the calculated date corresponds to the day on which the next maintenance plan will be triggered.For maintenance plans with triggers such as “every”, “when” or “event”, the calculated date also corresponds to the day the event is triggered, meaning the same day the task appears in the pending tasks column.
For corrective maintenance, the calculated date also corresponds to the day the event is triggered, meaning the same day the task appears in the pending tasks column.
Remember that this date is useful to evaluate the level of delay in the execution of the tasks.
Note: The calculated date is not adjusted even if the task is rescheduled.

Resources: This section presents a record of the different resources used in the various work orders assigned to the asset, including:

Resource type: Description of the type of resource used.

Quantity: Number of resources used.

Resource: Details of the resource used.

Resource source: Origin of the resource used.

Unit cost: Individual value of the resource.
-
Total cost: Total value of the resources used.

Availability: Here, the user is informed about the dates when the asset was out of service, detailing:

Report date: Date when the equipment failure was reported.

Date out of service: Date when the equipment was considered inoperative.

Date back in service: Date of restoration of equipment operability.

Duration: Time interval during which the equipment was out of service.

Readings: Users have the ability to review the history of readings from meters linked to the asset, displaying information such as:

Meter: Name of the meter assigned to the asset.

Date of entry: Date of meter assignment to the asset.

Date of reading: Date of reading registration.
-
Reading: Value measured by the meter.
-
Cumulative value: Total cumulative value by the meter (if applicable).

Active Task: Indication if the reading triggered tasks related to the asset.

Source: Method of storage of the reading (manual or via a work order).

With this functionality, users can easily access and view detailed information about the history of activities related to assets, facilitating management and tracking.
