In Fracttal One, there are different types of user profiles, each with specific capabilities and permissions within the platform. Below is a description of each of the 6 available profiles:
Administrator Profile: As the name suggests, this profile does not require a permission group, since as an administrator, it has no access restrictions to any functionality within the platform.
Technician Profile: This profile requires a permission group and is designed so that users can only see work orders in which they are listed as responsible. They will not be able to view other users' work orders.
Limited Technician Profile: This profile is intended for companies with a large number of technicians who only need to complete their own WOs. Because of this, the profile only allows completing work orders and generating work requests, and does not require additional permission settings, as it comes with default permissions.
Custom Profile: This profile depends on the assigned permission groups but has the advantage of allowing users to view both work orders assigned to them and those of other users within the platform.
Read-Only Profile: This profile is designed for accounts that only need to view the platform modules without making modifications. However, they can generate work requests. It is ideal for people such as managers, supervisors, or clients who need to monitor information without directly interacting with platform editing.
Request Profile: This profile is intended for accounts used solely to report incidents or make work requests. It is suitable for people who do not participate directly in maintenance but need to request work from the corresponding department, such as production supervisors, equipment operators, or clients requiring specific services.
Note: The "Request" and "Read-Only" profiles have no limit in quantity, while the "Administrator", "Technician", and "Custom" profiles are subject to the restrictions of the plan contracted on the platform. On the other hand, the "Limited Technician" profile is marketed as an additional user.
