To access the module, simply go to the main menu and look for the "Business Intelligence" module.
Clicking on it will display all associated submodules. Then, click on "Performance Analysis" to open the corresponding section.
This module displays the number of Work Orders (WO) and tasks that are either completed or pending per responsible person, using bar and percentage charts to evaluate performance.
WOs Assigned by Responsible
A bar chart showing the total distribution of Work Orders created per responsible person, broken down by status (in progress, under review, and completed).
This chart visually identifies the workload and progress of the work orders assigned to each responsible individual.
Percentage of human resources in WO's
A percentage bar chart showing the total distribution of Work Orders assigned to each responsible person, indicating the proportion of the total assigned to each one.
Number of Tasks per Human Resource
A bar chart displaying the number of tasks assigned to each human resource, allowing analysis of workload distribution among different workers.
Tasks Percentage by Human Resource
A percentage bar chart illustrating the distribution of tasks assigned to human resources, showing the proportion of work each person has relative to the total.
In the Performance Analysis Module, information can be grouped into charts based on different parameters:
-
Actual Scheduled Date: In the context of the charts, the "Scheduled Date" refers to the planned or projected time for performing a specific task, activity, or process. This date indicates the previously established schedule for executing an action over time.
-
Creation Date: The "Creation Date" in the charts refers to the moment when an element was initially generated or created, such as a Work Order, a task, or any other component. It marks the timestamp that indicates the beginning of the element’s existence.
-
Start Date: The "Start Date" in the chart interface indicates the beginning of a specific period. It may refer to the starting point of a task, project, or any other event. This date marks the start of the time interval being analyzed.
-
End Date: The "End Date" in the charts marks the conclusion of a defined period. It indicates the completion of a task, project, or any other event, defining the time frame limit considered in the analysis.
Additionally, most of these charts can be examined in detail by clicking "Expand", where the system will display a table with a detailed description of the data shown in the charts.
