The auxiliary catalogs allow you to define the base structure used in the Compliance and Security submodule of Fracttal One. From them, the types and groups used to organize the validation forms are configured.
Access the Settings menu ▸ Auxiliary Catalogs ▸ Compliance and Security.
Within this catalog, it is possible to create or edit the elements that make up the structure of the forms. These configurations facilitate the classification of validations and make the use of the forms more consistent throughout the operation.
To add a new option to any of the lists, click on the (+) icon located at the bottom right of the screen and enter the corresponding description.
The available options are:
Type
Type — defines the type of required validation.
Group 1 — optional category to group forms according to operational logic.
Group 2 — second optional category, used to further organize the forms.
Once the configuration is complete, save the changes. The catalogs will be available when creating or editing validation forms in the Compliance and Security submodule.
