To access the additional options menu in Fracttal One, click the options button located at the top right of the assets window, then all the available functionalities in that menu will be displayed.
The options menu is available in all asset modules and includes the following functionalities:
Print: Allows generating a PDF version or downloading the information of the selected assets.
Export: Facilitates exporting the information of the selected assets into an Excel (.xlsx) file.
Mass Export: Enables mass export, in Excel (.xlsx) format, of all asset information.
Print QR: Allows printing or downloading in PDF format the QR codes of the selected assets.
Import: Allows the mass creation of assets in the system through Excel spreadsheets.
Delete Imported Data: Allows mass deletion of all information imported in the last action. Each import generates a validation code sent by email to the responsible user.
Field Configuration: Offers the ability to configure the visible parameters in the asset module, such as Name, Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number, Other 1 and 2, and the concatenation of the description field.
Clone Asset: Allows creating a copy of an asset, keeping all its attributes, except the code, which must be unique for each asset in the system.
Batch Edit: Allows mass editing of all selected assets, provided that at least two assets are selected.
Note: To apply any of the mentioned functions, assets must be selected beforehand.
