In this section, options and permissions for WOs can be configured:
Options and Permissions:
Allow adding attachments to completed WOs: Fracttal One is a fully auditable software, complying with the most important quality standards. For this reason, once a WO is completed, it cannot be canceled or edited in any way. However, by enabling this permission, it is possible to add attachments (notes, links, or files) to completed WOs.
Allow completing or canceling WOs with pending material requisitions: By default, Fracttal One does not allow a WO with pending material requisitions (meaning that the material has not been issued from the warehouse module) to be completed or canceled, requiring the respective process to be carried out in the warehouse. However, by enabling this permission, it is possible to complete or cancel a WO for which the material requisition has not been delivered from the warehouse.
Set the out-of-service completion date of assets with the task completion date: By default, the out-of-service completion date is the date on which the WO linked to the task is completed. Enabling this option will set the out-of-service completion date as the task completion date (that is, the final execution date):
Allow assigned human resources to be responsible for the WO (multi-responsibles): Enabling this function allows any user with a technical profile (or limited technician) who is added as human resource within a WO to view the WOs in which they are participating as the service performer. Keep in mind that if this option is disabled, the user with a technical profile will only be able to see WOs where they are declared as 'responsible'.
Allow editing the actual quantity used with pending material requisitions: By default, the actual quantity used of inventory-type resources is set according to the issue made in the warehouse; however, enabling this option allows editing this field (actual quantity used) within the WO:
Allow rating WOs under review: Enabling this function permits rating the WO that is under review, since when disabled, rating is only allowed when the WO moves from the 'in process' state to 'review'.
Filter human resources according to the selected profile (within a task): Enabling this function, when selecting a Human Resource profile within a task, the human resource source will show only those human resources that have that profile in the 'ordinary hour value' field.
Allow updating triggers for task plans: This feature allows modifying task triggers even if the work orders are in process or under review.
Set mandatory completion of fault catalog: If activated, it will be necessary to record all fault details before completing the WO. If deactivated, the WO can be completed without filling out the fault catalog.
Allow automatic WO generation to be triggered by the scheduled date: With this option, the system can generate the WO using the scheduled date according to the enabled permission. A specific permission is incorporated that defines whether the WO should be generated with the scheduled date, and the action “Generate Work Order with:” is adjusted to respect this configuration.
Allow advanced cancellation options for WOs: WO cancellations offer multiple alternatives: cancel only, cancel and automatically reschedule tasks according to the plan's periodicity, or cancel and generate a new WO with manually defined execution dates.
Automatically generate the link to share all WOs: Enabling this function allows automatic generation of links to share WOs.
Work Order ID:
Here you can customize the numbering that work orders will have in terms of prefix and suffix, along with the sequence of issuance of the generated work orders.
Prints:
Print format: Here you can choose among the existing format types on the platform for your work orders. Note: Formats are not editable beyond the editing options you will find in this submodule.
Print options: Allow printing (or not): Human resources, inventories, services, costs of resources used within a WO, customized forms of assets, and the last reading recorded in the accumulative meters associated with the asset.
Note: Once you have made the edits as needed, you must click the save button to apply the changes made.
