In the settings section of the 'Requests' module in Fracttal One, various options can be set where service requests are managed and recorded. It is important to note that the blue color indicates that a permission is active, while the gray color indicates that it is disabled.
Each permission enabled in this module becomes a mandatory field when entering a service request. Below are the permissions that can be configured as mandatory:
- Attachments: This field can be set as mandatory to attach relevant documents to the request.
- Asset: Making this field mandatory ensures that all requests are active and monitored.
- Observations: Making this field mandatory ensures that additional details about the request are provided.
- Requested by: This field can be configured as mandatory to identify who made the request.
- Requester's E-mail: Making this field mandatory ensures that a contact method for the requester is provided.
- Reference: This field can be made mandatory to uniquely identify the request or associate it with an internal reference code.
- Location: Making this field mandatory helps identify where the service is required.
- Group: Setting this field as mandatory specifies to which group or work area the request is directed.
- Group 1 and Group 2: These fields can be configured as mandatory to categorize the request according to different classification criteria.
- Keywords: Making this field mandatory facilitates the search and organization of requests using relevant keywords.
Additional module options:
Allow work request administrators to edit advanced information of requests in "Open" status: this option allows users with an administrative profile to modify advanced fields (such as classifications, priority, tags, and other configured metadata) while the request is in open status.
Allow the creator of the work request to edit advanced information for requests in "Open" status: this option authorizes the original requester to add or correct advanced information of their own request while it remains open.
Allow requests from the guest portal to change to Open status:
with this option, requests submitted through the guest portal will automatically change to open status upon registration, which helps expedite processing.Assign auxiliary catalogs with dependency: this option establishes a hierarchical relationship between request classifications, so that when selecting Group 1, the system dynamically filters the available options in Group 2, showing only the classifications associated with the selected option.
