SSO (Single Sign-On) is a feature that allows users to access multiple applications with a single set of credentials. This facilitates access to different business tools and provides the IT department with more efficient control over user account access.
Fracttal offers three SSO authentication methods:
Custom authentication in Fracttal uses the SAML 2.0 standard to ensure seamless integration.
For users to authenticate via Active Directory (AD), it is necessary that AD be configured as the identity provider.
What to do if the "Incorrect password" message appears?
If you see the message "Incorrect password" when trying to log in, keep in mind that this password corresponds to the Microsoft or Google account associated with the SSO, and not to the Fracttal password.
If you do not remember your password, you have two options:
Contact your company's IT team, who can help you manage permissions and access authentication.
Click the "Forgot my password" button to reset it. You will be asked to set a new password through the Microsoft or Google service, depending on the linked account.
