Step 1: Export Data from Fracttal One
1. Access the "Catalogs" module in Fracttal One and select the "Equipment" option.
2. Click the "Export" option. The system will generate an Excel file with the selected assets' data.
3. Open the exported Excel file and create a new sheet.
4. Copy the data you want to include on the label, such as QR Code URL, Code, Name, and Brand.
5. Make sure the sheet with the data is the first in the file. Then save and close the file.
Step 2: Configure Printing in Zebra Software
1. Open the Zebra printing software and create a new label.
2. Configure the label parameters:
Paper type: Label roll.
Orientation: Vertical or horizontal depending on the label design.
Dimensions: Adjust the label width and height according to the format used.
3. Save the label template for future printings.
Step 3: Import the Excel File into Zebra Software
1. Go to the Data tab and select Excel.
2. In the database wizard, browse and select the exported file from Fracttal One.

Add a barcode and select the data source from the Excel file.
In Barcode, set the code type as QR.

Add an image and select the file with the logo.
Adjust the size and position within the label.
3. Text with Additional Information:
Add text boxes to include Code, Name, and Brand, selecting the fixed data text option.
Adjust the text size and format as needed.
Step 5: Print the Labels
1. Review the print settings, including:
Print darkness.
Number of copies of each label.
Selection of the QR codes to print.
2. Click Print and wait for the labels to be generated.
