Access to the platform

To access the Fracttal One platform (login), users must enter their credentials, which consist of their email and password simultaneously. This additional security measure strengthens protection against unauthorized access attempts, making it more difficult for unauthorized individuals to access accounts without proper authorization.

Additionally, this option helps prevent a significant risk known as user ID enumeration, which is key in protecting against brute-force attacks. By preventing the identification of whether a user exists in the database or not, unauthorized access becomes more difficult, providing an extra layer of security that better protects the privacy and integrity of users.

Login Procedure

For users with a single company associated
If your user account is associated with only one company, the login process is straightforward. Please follow these steps:

1. Enter your credentials: On the login screen, enter your email and password in the corresponding fields and click "Next."
   
   
   
   
2. Authentication and access: Once your credentials are entered, click "Log in." The system will authenticate your identity and automatically redirect you to your company's workspace in Fracttal One.
   
   

Note: If your account is linked to a single company, no additional company selection will be required.

Procedure for users with multiple companies

If your account is associated with multiple companies in Fracttal One, the access flow will be as follows:

1. Login: Enter your credentials (email and password) simultaneously to securely authenticate your identity.
   
   
   
   
2. Select a company: After authentication, if you have access to multiple companies, you will be prompted to choose one company to work with during this session. Select the desired company and click "Log in."
   
   
   
3. Change company: If you need to work with another company, you can do so from the app’s settings menu or simply log out and repeat the login process to select a different company.
   
   

Note: For users with access to multiple companies, only the companies where the entered credentials match will be displayed.
