To log in to Fracttal One, the user must provide their email and password. This authentication is essential to ensure that access to the platform is restricted only to valid users, maintaining the security of the account and associated data.
Login procedure
If your user account is associated with only one company, the login process is simple. Follow these steps:
Enter your credentials: On the login screen, enter your email and password in the corresponding fields and click "Next".
- Authentication and access: Once you have entered your credentials, click "Log in". The system will authenticate your identity and automatically redirect you to your company's workspace in Fracttal One.
Note: If your account is linked to only one company, it will not be necessary to select an additional company.
Procedure for users with access to multiple companies
If your account is associated with multiple companies in Fracttal One, the access flow will be as follows:
- Login: Enter your credentials (email and password) simultaneously to securely authenticate your identity.
- Company selection: After authentication, if you have access to multiple companies, you will be asked to select which one you want to use in this session. Choose the appropriate company and click "Log in".
Switching companies: If you need to work in another company, you can do so from the settings menu in the application or by logging out and repeating the login process to select a different company.
Note: In the case of users with access to multiple companies, only the list of those companies where the credentials match will be displayed.
