At Fracttal One, we offer a variety of add-ons designed to meet different business needs. However, these additional functionalities are subject to availability depending on the contracted plan. If your current plan does not include any of these features, you may be able to access them after an analysis with your Customer Success Representative, who will guide you on the available options.

- API Connections: A tool where the Super Administrator can create the keys for accessing and using information from the APIs. In other words, from this option, you can obtain the API Key and API Secret for your contracted base in Fracttal.
- Advanced API: Integrates external applications with Fracttal via a robust and flexible application programming interface (API).
- Share WO: Allows sharing of work orders (WO) with other users, facilitating collaboration and task tracking.
- Guest Portal: A platform that allows customization of how work requests are reported.
- Customized Work Request Portal: A tool offering customization options for both the display and reporting of work requests. Requires company-provided username and password access and allows for customization of the login interface with the company logo.
- Advanced Warehouses: Advanced inventory and warehouse management, optimizing resource and material administration, and allowing integration with an ERP.
- Unlimited Read-Only Users: Enables the addition of an unlimited number of read-only users, allowing access to information without modification risks.
- Unlimited Request Users: Enables the addition of an unlimited number of users who can submit requests, improving response and request management.
- Customer Branding (corporate image): Customizes Fracttal’s interface with the customer’s branding, including logos and brand colors.
- Nested Maintenance: Allows the planning and management of nested maintenance, optimizing scheduling and execution of cyclical tasks.
- Budget: A tool for budget management and control, allowing for detailed approval and tracking of costs and expenses incurred within work orders.
- AI Bot: A trainable virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence, designed to assist users.

What is the process for adding an add-on?
To add an add-on to your Fracttal One platform, follow these steps:
- Communication with Customer Success: You must contact your account representative.
- Meeting and demonstration: The representative will schedule a meeting with you to show you an example of the add-on you are interested in.
- Agreement and internal request: Once you and the representative reach an agreement, and it is determined that your current portfolio supports the requested add-on, your account will proceed with an internal request to enable the desired add-on.
It’s important to note that these add-ons incur additional costs beyond your current contracted plan.
