Scheduled tasks

For scheduled tasks, it is necessary to create this step by step directly in the task within the respective task list.

1. Go to the Task Plan module and open the corresponding maintenance plan.

2. Open the task where you are required to have this requirement and then locate the subtask tab.

3. Select the subtask(s) that requires a mandatory attachment and check the Mandatory Attachment option.

4. Save changes. Now when executing the task planned in a WO, for the subtasks configured as mandatory attachment, you must answer according to the type of subtask and additionally attach an image, note or link.

Unplanned tasks

For unplanned tasks, it is necessary to create this step-by-step when creating the pending task:
