This add-on allows planners to have greater control over the assignment and distribution of working hours that are established as human resources added within a work order (technical staff).
How to create and configure a Teams schedule?
To start using Teams, the first thing to do is to create the schedules associated with this functionality.
To do this, simply go to the Settings > Auxiliary Catalogs: module
Then, simply choose the “Human Resources” option as the type of auxiliary catalog and click on the “Schedule” tab.
Next, click on the add symbol to open a new window where you can set the parameters for that schedule.
Below are the configurable parameters to establish a new schedule:
Enabled: Allows you to activate or deactivate the configured schedule.
Description: Name used to identify the schedule that will be created.
Schedule type: Defines the category of the schedule (currently only one option is available).
Working days: Selection of the working days associated with this calendar.
Calendar: Visualization in calendar format of the established time range.
Add: Allows you to incorporate different time blocks into the configured schedule.
After completing the parameters to configure the schedule, you just have to add the corresponding time blocks. To do this, simply click on the add option:
A window will open where you can enter the name and select the start and end times of that block:
Once the parameters and time blocks associated with the calendar have been added, just click the save option.
Note: This procedure to add new Teams schedules can also be performed from the “Human Resources-Teams” module in a similar way.
