The Movement History allows you to track all asset movements in the warehouse. This tool makes it easier to monitor inventory flows and enhances operational efficiency by providing a detailed record of each transaction, helping to maintain inventory integrity and control costs.
To access the Movement History, follow these steps:

On the main dashboard, go to the Warehouse module.

Find and click on the desired warehouse. If you need to search for a specific warehouse, you can use the available filters to make it easier.

Once inside the warehouse, select the Movement History option.

In the history view, you will see the following information, among others:

ID : The unique identifier for each movement made.

Transaction type: Indicates whether the action was an entry, exit, or inventory adjustment.

Entry and exit warehouse: Shows the source and destination warehouse of the assets.

Asset details: Specific information about the asset involved in the transaction.

Delivery and modification dates: Key dates related to the movement of the asset.

Associated cost: Information about the costs related to the movement (if applicable).

Having access to a detailed record of each transaction allows you to identify consumption patterns and anticipate future needs, which in turn enables better planning for purchases and optimization of available resources.
