Fracttal One features an artificial intelligence assistant available via WhatsApp as an addon. Access is validated with the information from your Human Resources profile: the assistant only responds to messages sent from the phone number registered there.
Note: Before messaging the assistant, make sure the phone number and email address in your Human Resources profile are up to date. Both pieces of information are used to validate access.

How to activate access
Save the number +1 (339) 209-3579 to your phone contacts.
In Fracttal One, open your personal profile under Human Resources and confirm that your phone number appears in the Primary Phone field. If the field is empty or contains an old number, update it and save the changes.
Send a WhatsApp message to the registered number.
You will receive a reply with an authentication URL. Click on that URL.
The login screen will open. Enter your credentials to sign in.
Once logged in, you must return to WhatsApp.
Access will be validated and authenticated.
Once validation is confirmed, you can write directly in the WhatsApp chat, and the assistant will respond in the same conversation.
