In the maintenance management environment with Fracttal One, it is not possible to delete a Work Order because each WO is part of the operational history and traceability essential to maintain control, analysis, and documentary support.
However, you can cancel it as long as it is in in process or under review status; by doing so, the WO moves to the completed WOs column and remains recorded as a canceled WO, without affecting the integrity of the workflow or the history.
