Iterations are designed for tasks that repeat cyclically or nested, such as vehicle maintenance, where some activities are performed periodically according to mileage, allowing some of these tasks to overlap.
With the iterations function, you can determine at which part of a task's cycle each subtask should be executed, thus having better control over the entire maintenance cycle.
To activate the iterations function, you must go to and select the relevant plan task and click on the iterations tab and activate the “Set as cyclic task” option.
Then you need to specify the number of iterations into which each subtask cycle will be divided, and later select which subtask will be performed in each specific iteration.
Finally, you just have to click the save option to register the changes you have made.
