This submodule in Fracttal One allows you to analyze the different types of resources coming from task planning, in terms of quantities, costs, and origin, whether from inventory, human resources, or services, which will be executed according to the periods established in their prior planning. The details of these results are displayed in a parameterized manner over time periods such as days, weeks, or months.
1. Locate the Date Filter:
At the top right of the screen, you will find a dropdown menu titled "Scheduled Date". This menu allows you to select and apply different date filters.
2. Select the Desired Date Filter:
By clicking on the "Scheduled Date" menu, the following options will be available:
Scheduled Date: Shows resources according to the date they were scheduled for execution.
Creation Date: Filters resources according to the date they were created in the system.
Start Date: Shows resources according to the planned start date for execution.
End Date: Shows resources according to the planned end date for execution.
3. Choose the Period (Day/Week/Month):
- Next to the "Scheduled Date" menu, there is another dropdown menu with period options: Day, Week, and Month. Select the desired option to further refine your filtering. For example, by selecting "Scheduled Date" and "Week", the system will display resources scheduled for the current week.
4. Set the Start and End Dates:
To the right of the period menu, there is a calendar icon. Click on it to choose the start date and end date of the period you want to view.
5. Apply the Filters:
Once the filters and desired period are selected, the system will automatically apply the changes and display the corresponding resources.
