Fracttal One uses time zones supported by IBM and validated according to the ISO 8601 standard, ensuring accuracy in asset and task management. This guarantees that scheduled tasks are performed without errors that affect operation.

The platform allows customizing the time zone from a predefined list, avoiding errors in dates and assignments. Choosing the appropriate time zone according to the user's location ensures precise management, even with multiple locations and time zones.

How to set the time zone from the configuration module?

1. In the upper right corner, select the menu where your name is displayed.

   

2. Click on "Settings".

   

3. In the left side panel, click on "General".

   

4. Click on "UTC Time Zones".

   

5. Select the time zone of your interest.

   

6. Save the changes.

   

Note: When modifying or editing the work calendar or the UTC time zone from the configuration module, all dates that have been rescheduled for pending tasks will be reset by the system. By default, they will revert to the originally calculated date that each pending task had.
