1. In the Planned Maintenance window, select the task plan in question

2. Next, click the “Edit” button to open the edit window

3. Once you have entered the task plan edit window, 3 tabs will be available (General, Work Management, or Assets Linked), select the desired tab and you can modify the task plan accordingly.
