To enter just go to the main menu and look for the "Business Intelligence" module.

When clicked, all the associated sub-modules will be displayed and you must click again on "Technical Analysis" to finally display the window with the technical analysis section.


What do we find in the Technical Analysis in Fracttal One 5.0?

Task Analysis:

In technical analysis, various representative graphs are used which, through accurate analysis, allow assertive decisions to be made in the medium and long term. These charts include the comparison between scheduled OTS tasks and completed OTS tasks. It is crucial that the information initially consolidated is key words, avoiding repetitions and variations in definitions to maintain accuracy.

Each chart available on this platform offers a detailed explanation and provides the possibility to interact individually through specific icons:

  1. Information icon:

    • Provides a full explanation of each chart, detailing its purpose and the metrics it represents.

  2. Icons Expand:

    • It allows you to interact with the graphs individually for a more detailed and specific analysis.

These elements ensure that users have access to clear information about the function of each chart and the ability to actively explore data according to their specific needs.

These charts are:

Scheduled Tasks in WOS vs. Finished Tasks in WO's : "Scheduled Tasks in WOs" refer to the activities planned and recorded in the Scheduled Work Order (WO's) system. These tasks are previously designated and organized for execution in a specific period. On the other hand, the "Tasks in the Performed WOs" are the tasks actually carried out and documented in the Work Orders in Status (WOs) system. This analysis compares the initial planning with the actual execution, providing insights on the effectiveness and adherence to the established plans.

Completion of Planned Tasks (Planned, Scheduled, Completed): "Completion of Planned Tasks" refers to the degree to which the initially designed and scheduled tasks have been executed and completed. It is divided into three states:

  • Planned: Represents the set of tasks that have been carefully designed and projected in the work plan.

  • Scheduled: Indicates tasks that have been assigned to a specific period, establishing a schedule for their execution.

  • Performed: Reflects tasks that have been successfully carried out and completed as planned. This analysis allows for the evaluation of efficiency and performance in relation to established goals and schedules.

Scheduled vs. Unplanned Tasks: "Planned Tasks" are those activities that have been previously structured and integrated into a work plan. These tasks are organized and assigned to a specific period. On the other hand, "Unplanned Tasks" are activities that arise unexpectedly and are not included in the initial schedule.

This analysis allows you to discern between reactive and preventive interventions, giving you the ability to examine possible root causes that may be at the root of situations.


Task Type of tasks : The "Task Type Chart" in Fracttal One is a visual representation that categorizes and presents in a clear and precise way the different activities or tasks contemplated in the system. It is recommended to avoid the use of words that disperse the information at the moment of creating them, such as synonyms and repetition at the moment of creating the tasks.


Task Rescheduling Analysis: This analysis focuses on the most common reasons why a task is not performed. Each reason must be entered from the configuration module, option auxiliary catalogs. It is recommended to avoid using words that disperse the information.

Failure Analysis: The graph that analyzes the most common failures in the maintenance area is addressed. The faults should be added from the configuration module, auxiliary catalog option. It is essential to avoid repetitive or synonymous names to keep the information consistent.

Task Pause Analysis WOs: This analysis focuses on the most common breaks during maintenance. The breaks should be added from the configuration module, auxiliary catalog option. It is advisable to avoid repetitions and synonyms to keep the information consistent.

Analysis de WOs:

  • Created WOs vs. Finished WOs: Visually represents the number of work orders created and completed during a specific period.

  • Reason for WO cancellation: Displays the most common cancellation reasons. These reasons can be added from the configuration module, auxiliary catalogs option, avoid repetitions and synonyms when creating the reasons, as this may distort the information.

  • Rating WOs: Shows the rating given to technicians or those directly responsible, reflecting the quality of the service. It is recommended to establish a rating culture in the area.

  • Detailed WOs Information: It presents a history of work orders, including data such as equipment stoppage, stoppage time, creator responsible, priority, classification note 1 and 2, activator, WOs qualification, request number, cancellation reasons, human resources, services used, total hours and total cost.

From the technical analysis and tasks module, information can be grouped in charts according to different parameters such as:


  • Actual Scheduled Date:
    In the context of graphics, the "Scheduled Date" refers to the planned or projected time to carry out a specific task, activity or process. This date indicates the previously established schedule for executing a particular action over time.

  • Creation Date:
    The "Creation Date" in charts refers to the instant at which an item, such as a work order, task or any other component, was initially generated or created. It is the time stamp that indicates the beginning of the existence of that element.

  • Start Date:
    The "Start Date" in the graphical interface indicates the beginning of a specific period. It can refer to the starting point of a task, a project or any other event. This date marks the beginning of the time interval being analyzed.

  • End Date:
    The "End Date" in charts marks the end of a defined period. It indicates the end of a task, project or any event, marking the limit of the time interval under consideration in the analysis.

  • Select date of interest:
    This option allows the user to choose a specific date that is relevant or of interest for further analysis. It allows customizing the temporal focus of the data visualization, facilitating the exploration and understanding of the information at a specific time.
